**Shipping Information**  

- We deliver across South Africa via Pudo, Courier Guy, and PostNet.  

- Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.  

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.  

 

**Returns & Exchanges**  

At Essantia Fragrances, we take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, as our perfume pumps are manufactured internationally, occasional defects may occur.

 

If you receive a product with a defective pump or packaging fault, we will gladly offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at essantiafragrances@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for products that have been used or opened, unless there is a clear defect as described above.
